The artwork is handprinted onto the sling and assembled in the UK using FSC sustainably sourced beech hardwood, which is great looking, excellent quality, sturdy and strong.

About the Famous UK Botanical Artist, Alfred Wise:

Alfred Wise (1908–1985) was a prolific botanical artist-in-residence at the Royal Horticultural Society, Wisley, Surrey. He created over 1,000 watercolor paintings of selected plants, often those winning prestigious medals and awards at the RHS flower shows. An eccentric and loner, Wise lived in a ramshackle caravan at RHS Wisley, surrounded by his brushes, paints, and beloved artwork, an individualist’s paradise in an idyllic location.
