How does Pay in 30 Days work?

Pay in 30 Days is a credit product that allows eligible customers to delay payment for their purchase.

Choose Klarna at checkout and follow the instructions provided by Klarna. You can manage your purchase and payment through Klarna online or using the Klarna app.

Eligibility

Klarna will assess your eligibility when you choose Klarna at checkout. Approval is subject to status and Klarna's terms and conditions.

Managing Your Payment

You can view and manage your Klarna purchases and payments through the Klarna app or by logging in to Klarna online.

Missed Payments

It is important to make your Klarna payments when they are due.

Missed or late payments may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Klarna may also take further steps to recover overdue payments in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds

If you cancel or return an order, any adjustment to your Klarna payment will be made once the cancellation or return has been processed.

How does Pay in 3 work?

Pay in 3 is a credit product that allows eligible customers to split their purchase into three payments.

The first payment is taken when you make your purchase, the second payment after 30 days and the final payment 60 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility

Klarna will assess your eligibility when you choose Pay in 3. Klarna performs a credit search when you use Pay in 3 to determine whether to approve your purchase.

Managing Your Payments

You can view past and upcoming payments through the Klarna app or by logging in to Klarna online.

You can also make a payment before its due date through Klarna.

Missed Payments

If Klarna is unable to collect a scheduled payment, it may make further attempts to collect the amount due.

Klarna may share information about missed payments with credit reference agencies. Continued non-payment may also result in the debt being referred to a debt collection agency.

Returns & Refunds When Paying with Klarna

If you return or cancel an order, we will process your return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Klarna will then make the appropriate adjustment to your payment plan or refund, where applicable.

You can monitor the status of your Klarna payments through the Klarna app.
