Handmade and Framed to Order

Each of our playing card frames is individually handmade to order, creating a unique piece especially for you.

Please allow approximately 14–21 working days for your order to be produced. Your frame may be completed sooner, depending on the length of your chosen phrase and the size of the finished frame. Larger frames generally require additional production time.

Each mount is carefully handcrafted in-house before being professionally framed by a skilled local picture framer to ensure a high-quality, flawless finish.

Once your completed frame has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its delivery.

Approving Your Card Layout

A photograph of your card phrase mounted onto the backing board can be provided for your approval before it is sent for framing.

Please check the spelling, card arrangement and overall layout carefully. Once you have confirmed that you are happy for us to proceed, the piece will be professionally framed and no further changes can be made.

Returns, Damage and Faults

As every frame is personalised and handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun.

This does not affect your rights if your frame arrives damaged or faulty.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and any damage. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
