Choose your frame and mount
Your artwork comes in a contemporary black frame. We use composite moulding for shorter and medium length frames and wood for longer frames to provide additional strength. Choose an antique cream mount for a lighter surround or a black outer mount for a darker, contemporary finish.
Approximate frame dimensions are shown beside each size option. Lifestyle photographs show example designs; your finished frame will depend on the option and wording you choose.
Choosing the correct frame size
Character count includes spaces between words, as these affect the overall layout and frame size.
For designs up to 14 characters, we use standard-size playing cards. For longer wording of 17 characters or more, we use smaller bridge-size playing cards. This allows us to accommodate longer phrases without the finished frame becoming excessively long.
Because we change to bridge-size cards for longer wording, some longer designs may have a similar or smaller overall frame size than designs using fewer standard-size cards. All frame dimensions shown are approximate.

How to order
- Count the characters in your wording, including spaces between words.
- Choose your mount colour and the appropriate frame size for your wording.
- Add your frame to the basket.
- Enter your exact wording in UPPERCASE using the basket’s Add order note field before checkout.
- Check your spelling carefully before placing your order.
Unsure which size to choose, or want to include numbers or punctuation? Email us before ordering so we can help you select the right option.
Would you like to see your layout before framing? Request a proof by email. We can provide a photograph of your cards mounted on the backing board for you to check and approve before framing.
Handmade to order and delivery
Please allow approximately 12–16 working days for production, with delivery time additional, usually two days. Production time can vary with phrase length, and larger frames may take longer. Tracking details are supplied once your order has been dispatched.
If you need your frame for a particular occasion, contact us before ordering to check the timing as we may be able to shorten the production time, depending on the time of year and our current orders in progress.
Personalised orders
As your frame is made to your chosen wording, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
