Robert Gillmor MBE is one of the UK's most renowned wildlife artists and printmakers. Since 1958, he has illustrated over 200 books and co-founded the Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA) in 1964. After relocating to North Norfolk in 1998, Gillmor resumed his passion for linocut printmaking, creating timeless works that continue to inspire.

The following products are non-returnable and therefor not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

- Light bulbs and all electrical accessories
- Lampshades which have had the protective cellophane removed
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Items not returned in new, resalable condition

How to Return an Item
To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, in its original resalable condition, and include all packaging and accessories, if applicable. Please include a copy of your dispatch note which accompanied the item and a note stating why you are returning it and whether you’d like a refund or exchange. We suggest you return the item to us via tracked delivery, just in case it goes missing in transit. Please keep a note of the tracking number.

Refund Timescales
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Once the refund is initiated, you will receive an automated notification that it has been completed.
