The Flint and Flame handheld kitchen knife blade sharpener is an essential addition to your Flint and Flame knife collection to keep your knives in mint and razor sharp condition. The knife sharpener has two ceramic white wheels specially designed to sit at an 18 - 20 degree angle in order to create the perfect sharp blade. The reservoir surrounding the wheels needs to be filled with water to dampen the blade before it can be successfully used, then all you need to do is pinch the blade down against the ceramic wheels and rock the knife back and forth five or six times. Your knife blade will now be as sharp as the day you unpacked it.
